I am a Senior Engineering Manager at ClickHouse, working on data plane operations, such as provisioning, orchestrating, scaling, updating, and operating physical ClickHouse clusters at scale: keeping rollouts safe, operate complex distributed systems, and the platform reliable as data volumes and latency expectations keep growing in the AI era.
My focus is building high-performing teams where everyone contributes their best work. I create inclusive environments that bring out diverse perspectives and better solutions, and I lean on a progress over perfection mindset to ship improvements that actually matter to people.

I love open source and care a lot about performance and developer experience. I am one of the lead maintainers of Fastify, a fast web framework for Node.js, and I contribute to plenty of other projects too.
